Family research, gender and social policy, father study.

Zhang Liang holds a Ph.D. in management. She is expert in family studies, gender and social policy, research in the father’s role. She led a number of research projects including “Research on Family Social Policy”, and published a monograph Research on Father’s Participation: Attitudes, Contributions and Effectiveness, and more than ten papers including “Promoting Changes in Men’s Family Roles: A New Gender-Equality Pathway in Europe’s Employment Policy and Its Implications for China”.
